The UniBond First Division South “Club of the Month awards for January went to BELPER TOWN.

Belper Town despite their defeat on the last Saturday of the month at Spalding United as they had won all three of their previous games in January including a victory on Tuesday evening at table-topping Chasetown the run put them ahead of the pack in a month ravaged by postponements due to heavy snow.

In addition to the “Club of the Month” Belper Town also won the January Fair Play award for their division.

The presentation was made prior to the kick off of the Belper Town league fixture on Saturday 6th February.
